ClassPass is checking into hospitality. The lifestyle app known for connecting users to thousands of fitness and wellness experiences has announced its first-ever hotel partnership with The Manner SoHo, a 97-room boutique luxury property in New York City. Guests staying at The Manner will now receive ClassPass credits, offering access to local studios, spa treatments, salon services, and dining experiences across the city.

The partnership marks ClassPass’s debut in the hotel space and reflects a shared commitment between both brands to make wellness more accessible, whether at home or while traveling. Upon check-in, guests can request up to 20 ClassPass credits, with the option to add more throughout their stay. The approach allows travelers to maintain their routines or explore new experiences while enjoying the personalized service The Manner is known for.

“At ClassPass, we've always believed wellness should meet people wherever they are,” said Fritz Lanman, CEO of Playlist, ClassPass's parent brand. “Our partnership with The Manner represents the next step in bringing that vision to life—where ClassPass isn't just something travelers bring with them, but something seamlessly woven into their stays. The Manner shares our belief that wellness should be an integral part of hospitality, and together we're giving travelers authentic access to New York's vibrant fitness, wellness, and lifestyle culture in a way that feels both local and personal.”

This move builds on ClassPass’s broader evolution beyond fitness into a holistic lifestyle platform. Recent collaborations with brands such as AMC Theatres and WeWork, along with a growing lineup of dining and wellness partners, have expanded the ways members can use their credits—reflecting the company’s focus on integrating movement, mindfulness, and culture into everyday life.

“The Manner's name was chosen for the precise manner of hospitality we envisioned for the hotel—one of refinement and generosity, tailored to the individual,” said Amar Lalvani, President & Creative Director of Lifestyle at Hyatt. “This partnership with ClassPass deepens our commitment to a guest experience that supports well-being in every dimension—physical, mental, and emotional—all delivered with the same intentionality and elegance that define our spaces.”

Guests can unwind in The Manner’s private guest-only sanctuary, The Apartment, or enjoy three culinary concepts from Chef Alex Stupak before retreating to their rooms. With the addition of ClassPass, every aspect of The Manner experience now extends beyond luxury—offering guests a way to make wellness a seamless part of their stay in New York.
