Ladder has introduced a new program led by trainer Jennifer Jacobs. The launch of Team Endure comes as Ladder continues its growth trajectory in the competitive digital fitness market, with projections to exceed 400,000 members by the end of 2025.

The new offering features 30-minute strength workouts that require only dumbbells and a bench. Designed for both at-home and gym environments, the program focuses on building functional strength for long-term health and mobility. The programming incorporates upper, lower, and full-body strength sessions, along with core and accessory work.

“I’ve watched Ladder grow into the industry leader it is today, and I’m thrilled to bring my weekly progressive overload programming back to the platform,” said Jacobs, who was part of Ladder’s original coaching team at its launch in 2020.

Ladder currently features 20 coaching teams across categories such as bodybuilding, hybrid strength, Pilates, and yoga. The company reports it has raised over $100 million in funding to date and continues to build its user base through structured, coach-led programming aimed at sustainability and results.

Jacobs' return marks a notable addition to the platform's lineup of coaches, as Ladder positions itself to serve a wider range of training needs in an increasingly saturated fitness tech market.

According to the company, anyone can access the platform, which was recently named Best Overall Fitness App for 2025by Women’s Health.
