PVOLVE has introduced a new on-demand workout series developed with Jennifer Aniston, offering members a collection of short routines focused on upper-body strength and core training.
The program, called Jen’s Express Series: Arms & Abs, features six workouts led by PVOLVE trainer and vice president of training Dani Coleman. Each session is designed to be completed in 15 minutes or less and centers on upper-body sculpting and deep core strength.
The series was curated by Aniston alongside Coleman and reflects the quick routines the actor says she relies on when time is limited.
“I’ve learned that consistency doesn’t have to mean long workouts,” Aniston said. “Even if it’s just 15 minutes some days, these are the exact workouts I come back to because they work. I feel stronger now than I did years ago, and that’s because I focus on consistency over extremes.”
PVOLVE said the collection was designed to provide a practical option for members looking to fit short workouts into busy schedules or add targeted strength sessions to existing routines.
According to Coleman, the workouts emphasize controlled resistance and muscle engagement rather than relying on momentum.
“At PVOLVE, we build upper-body and core strength through progressive overload, resistance, and dynamic movement in all three planes of motion,” Coleman said. “By focusing on the muscles doing the work, you can develop intentional strength that improves performance in workouts and supports everyday movement.”
The six workouts combine upper-body and core training sequences intended to create an efficient but challenging format.
The launch builds on PVOLVE’s ongoing partnership with Aniston, which has helped bring visibility to the brand’s resistance-based training method focused on strength, mobility, and longevity.
