Four months after launching, Ultimate Longevity Center has awarded 200 franchise territories despite not yet opening its first location.
The concept's initial centers are expected to open in Boulder and Denver, Colorado; San Diego, California; Chandler, Arizona; and Boca Raton, Florida in the coming months. Developed by Sequel Brands in partnership with human biologist Gary Brecka and precision health platform Lifeforce, the franchise combines recovery services, biomarker testing and clinical longevity programs under one roof.
The announcement comes as longevity continues to emerge as a growing segment of the broader health and wellness market, with more operators expanding into preventative health, recovery and performance-focused services.
ULC is led by Anthony Geisler, whose previous work in the fitness industry includes leadership roles with brands such as UFC Gym, Club Pilates, Pure Barre, StretchLab and YogaSix.
According to the company, each location will offer a combination of recovery modalities, diagnostic testing and clinical services. Planned offerings include sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, lymphatic drainage, biomarker testing, hormone panels and nutritional supplements. Clinical protocols are being developed in partnership with Lifeforce.
"The number one question Gary gets every single day is 'Where do I start?'" said Anthony Geisler. "People listen to the podcast. They read the research. They want to change. And then it's over, and they're staring at their phone thinking, now what? ULC is the answer to that question. You park, you walk in, and this is where the journey starts."
The company cited UBS projections estimating the global longevity economy could reach $8 trillion within the next four years.
"This isn't a menu of wellness experiences," said Gary Brecka. "Every modality, every protocol, every product inside a ULC location reflects the latest science in human longevity. We're not guessing. We're building a roadmap and bringing these services into everyday retail environments where people already live, work, and shop."
According to the company, the 200 awarded territories have been acquired by 70 franchise owners, representing a mix of experienced franchise operators, healthcare entrepreneurs and first-time business owners.
The first Ultimate Longevity Center locations are expected to open in the coming months, with additional franchise development planned across the United States.
