Club Pilates has signed a new development agreement with existing franchisee Saber Ammori that could expand his portfolio to 84 studios, making his group one of the brand's largest operators.

Ammori currently owns and operates 14 Club Pilates locations in the New York City area. Under the new agreement, he will add rights to develop 70 additional studios through a newly formed operating company called Renew Fitness.

Renew Fitness was created through a partnership between Ammori and Cohere Capital and will oversee both existing and future Club Pilates locations. The group's expansion plans include acquiring and developing studios in Michigan, Maryland and New York.

The deal adds to a growing trend within boutique fitness franchising, where established operators are increasingly expanding through larger multi-unit agreements rather than single-studio ownership. For franchisors, those operators often bring experience, infrastructure and access to capital that can accelerate growth across multiple markets.

"Even after twenty-plus years, Club Pilates continues to push the boundaries of boutique fitness franchising," said Mike Nuzzo, CEO of Xponential Fitness. "This deal with Renew Fitness is a testament to the brand's strength, economics, and staying power."

Ammori brings experience operating businesses beyond the fitness industry. He is the Managing Member, Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Wireless Vision, which operates more than 450 T-Mobile locations across the United States. He is also involved in investments and operations spanning real estate, consumer services and other sectors.

"The goal has always been to keep growing with Club Pilates — my team and I are extremely passionate about this empowering, inclusive brand," said Ammori. "There is still so much whitespace for Pilates in the U.S., and the formation of Renew Fitness will help us unlock that next phase of growth."

The agreement follows several other large-scale expansion efforts across the Club Pilates system. The brand's growth has increasingly been driven by large franchise groups, including Riser Fitness, Spartan Fitness and Aligned Fitness, which collectively operate more than 350 Club Pilates studios.

Club Pilates is currently the largest Pilates franchise brand by studio count and remains one of the largest concepts within the Xponential Fitness portfolio. The latest deal signals continued confidence from existing operators as the brand expands its footprint across the United States.
