FitAI360 includes AI-powered tools for audience identification, workflow automation, marketing, recruiting and business insights. The company also offers Fractional Chief AI Officer services, AI readiness assessments, implementation planning and executive education to support organizations adopting AI technologies.
"Technology alone will not solve the challenges facing our industry – people will," said Kathleen Ferguson, Founder and CEO of Coach360. "Everything we have built at Coach360 is centered on creating meaningful connections between brands, professionals, and the communities they serve. FitAI360 is a natural extension of that vision, giving organizations practical AI solutions that strengthen relationships, accelerate growth, and support better decision-making while keeping people at the center."
The launch comes as fitness operators continue exploring ways to incorporate artificial intelligence into business functions ranging from marketing and member communication to talent acquisition and administrative workflows.
In addition to FitAI360, Coach360's broader platform includes Coach360 News, Career Lab and FitHire, which focus on industry news, professional development, networking and recruitment.
According to the company, FitAI360 has been developed specifically for fitness and wellness organizations, including health clubs, boutique studios, franchise operators, coaching businesses and industry suppliers. Available services include AI strategy development, workflow optimization, internal knowledge assistants, recruiting automation, marketing support and change management.
"The future of fitness is not about replacing people with AI – it is about empowering people to perform at their highest level," said Al Mendoza, Chief AI Officer at Coach360 and Head of FitAI360. "Our mission is to help organizations implement AI in practical, responsible ways that improve member experiences, strengthen teams, and create measurable business outcomes."
