Crunch Fitness is expanding its Crunch 3.0 club model with new boutique-style training studios and additional recovery amenities as the company continues to evolve its in-club experience.

The latest additions include dedicated Pilates, strength training, boxing, and core-focused studios, along with expanded recovery offerings such as contrast therapy, infrared saunas and red light therapy. According to the company, the new concepts are designed to give franchisees more flexibility in configuring clubs while offering members additional training options under a standard gym membership.

"Crunch has always been committed to delivering a No Judgments fitness experience. Now we're entering our No Limits era, redefining what high-value, low-price fitness means for today's consumer," said Chequan Lewis, CEO of Crunch Fitness. "Every new studio and recovery offering is designed to help members become the best version of themselves by making premium training and recovery experiences more accessible than ever."

The expanded lineup includes Crunch Reform Pilates, a dedicated reformer Pilates studio featuring instructor-led classes supported by digital programming. The company is also introducing the Pump Strength Training Studio, focused on progressive strength training, the Abs & Glutes Studio for lower-body and core workouts, and the Spar Boxing Studio, which combines boxing instruction with conditioning and athletic training.

Crunch is also adding new recovery options to its Relax & Recover offering, including hot and cold contrast therapy, infrared sauna and red light therapy.

"Today's members expect more from their gym. They want specialized spaces, premium experiences, and the flexibility to train and recover in ways that fit their lifestyle," said John Tate, Executive Vice President of Experience at Crunch Fitness. "The evolution of Crunch 3.0 is about delivering that experience while staying true to what makes Crunch unique, bringing the latest fitness and wellness innovations together under one roof at an incredible value."

The new concepts will begin rolling out this summer. Crunch Reform Pilates will debut at clubs in McKinney and Mesquite, Texas. The McKinney location will also feature the new Abs & Glutes Studio, while the Mesquite club will introduce the expanded Relax & Recover concept with contrast therapy. Additional concepts, including the Pump Strength Training Studio and Spar Boxing Studio, are expected to be introduced at future locations over time.
