FuturHealth will begin offering Apple Fitness+ to its members at no additional cost. The integration gives program participants access to the subscription-based fitness and wellness service directly through the FuturHealth app.

The company said the move is intended to expand the tools available to members pursuing weight-loss goals, whether through medication, nutrition, exercise, or a combination of all three.

“Our top priority has always been to help people on a weight loss journey experience real, long-lasting results through holistic lifestyle changes and personalized support,” said Luke Mahoney, co-founder and CEO of FuturHealth. “With this Fitness+ offer, users can tap into thousands of workouts and meditations wherever and whenever they choose at no extra cost.”

Apple Fitness+ offers workouts and guided meditations ranging from 5 to 45 minutes across 12 categories including strength training, high-intensity interval training, treadmill, rowing, cycling, and yoga. The content is available in 4K Ultra High Definition on iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV, with additional features unlocked when used with Apple Watch such as real-time on-screen metrics. The service also includes audio experiences like Time to Walk and Time to Run.

FuturHealth members can activate the offer by selecting the Apple Fitness+ module within the FuturHealth app.

The announcement comes as FuturHealth continues to expand its service offerings. Earlier this year, the company launched flexible payment options through Affirm, partnered with Valisure to verify the quality and safety of weight-loss medications, and released data indicating that members using both the FuturHealth program and weight-loss treatments experienced greater weight loss than those using medication alone.
