Life Time has opened a new 79,000-square-foot athletic country club in Sandy Springs, Georgia, marking the company’s ninth location in the Atlanta market. Known as Life Time Perimeter, the facility is located in Perimeter Center, a major commercial district at the intersection of Interstate 285—commonly called the Perimeter—and Georgia 400.

The three-story club occupies the former Concourse Athletic Club site between the King & Queen office towers. Life Time has fully renovated the property, creating a facility that combines fitness, wellness, recovery, work, and leisure offerings. The design features abundant natural light, open spaces, and a mix of indoor and outdoor areas intended to serve both the professional and residential communities nearby.

“Life Time Perimeter is another strategic addition to our Atlanta footprint, bringing our unparalleled healthy way of life experience to an incredibly vibrant community where people live, work and socialize every day,” said Parham Javaheri, executive vice president, president club operations, and chief of property development at Life Time. “As people increasingly return to the office, we uniquely serve both weekday routines and weekend activities and are excited to reopen this revitalized destination and welcome previous and new members alike.”

Life Time Perimeter spans three acres and offers a range of athletic and wellness amenities. Outdoor facilities include eight pickleball courts and five tennis courts, while the aquatics program features outdoor lap and leisure pools in a beach club-style setting as well as an indoor lap pool. The club also houses four squash courts and an indoor running and walking track. Group exercise options are available across four boutique studios dedicated to barre, yoga, Pilates, and other formats, in addition to spaces for the company’s Signature Group Training programs. The fitness floor is equipped with cardio machines, resistance training equipment, and free weights.

Recovery and wellness services include a dedicated space for water massage, cold therapy chairs, whole body compression, metabolic testing, and nutrition coaching. Executive-style dressing rooms are complemented by a coed hydrotherapy suite with cold plunge, whirlpool, steam rooms, sauna, and infrared saunas. The location also features a Life Time Work Club Lounge for coworking, a Kids Academy with programming for infants through older children, and a LifeCafe serving prepared meals, shakes, and juices.

Life Time has operated in Georgia since 2006 and now counts nine locations in the Atlanta area, including Alpharetta, Sugarloaf, Johns Creek, Woodstock, Peachtree Corners, Sandy Springs, Buckhead, and North Druid Hills, which opened in December 2024. The Perimeter Center opening reflects the company’s continued investment in high-traffic urban and suburban markets.
