As healthcare companies increasingly look beyond treatment and into ongoing lifestyle support, Hims & Hers is expanding its ecosystem of health and wellness offerings through a growing network of strategic partners.

The company announced the addition of eight new partners to its Hims & Hers Benefits program, bringing the total number of participating brands to ten. The expanded lineup spans fitness, nutrition, women's health, metabolic monitoring and connected wellness, reflecting a broader trend toward integrated health experiences that combine clinical care with everyday wellness tools.

New partners joining the program include MyFitnessPal, Ladder, iFIT, Dexcom, Flo Health, Natural Cycles, HelloFresh, Factor and PVOLVE Studios. Existing partners Prenuvo and Eight Sleep remain part of the offering. Together, the brands provide subscribers with access to services ranging from strength training and meal planning to glucose monitoring and reproductive health tracking.

The expansion comes as healthcare providers and wellness companies continue to blur traditional industry boundaries. Rather than focusing solely on treatment plans, many organizations are building ecosystems designed to support long-term behavior change through nutrition, exercise, sleep, monitoring technologies and personalized coaching.

"Healthcare is most powerful when your treatment, your data, your nutrition, and your fitness all work together toward the same goal," said Dheerja Kaur, Chief Product Officer at Hims & Hers. "By pairing clinical expertise and personalized treatment plans with access to best-in-class health and wellness tools, we're creating a membership experience that goes beyond traditional care."

Several of the new partnerships align with the growing interest in weight management and metabolic health, particularly among consumers using GLP-1 medications. Fitness platform iFIT will provide AI-powered workout recommendations designed to complement health goals, while Ladder offers structured strength training programs. Nutrition-focused partners MyFitnessPal, HelloFresh and Factor add food tracking, meal planning and prepared meal solutions to the broader ecosystem.

Women's health also represents a significant component of the expanded program. Flo Health and Natural Cycles provide cycle tracking, fertility insights and reproductive health monitoring, while Dexcom's Stelo glucose biosensor offers real-time metabolic feedback for eligible subscribers. PVOLVE Studios rounds out the lineup with programming focused on strength, mobility and stability training.

The announcement highlights a larger shift occurring across both healthcare and fitness. As consumers increasingly seek personalized health experiences, companies are investing in partnerships that connect multiple aspects of wellness into a single membership experience. Rather than operating in separate categories, healthcare providers, fitness platforms, nutrition services and digital health companies are becoming increasingly interconnected.

For Hims & Hers, the expanded Benefits program represents another step toward positioning itself as a broader health platform rather than solely a telehealth provider. The company said it plans to continue adding partners across additional categories as it builds out its whole-body health strategy.

The move reflects a growing belief across the industry that successful health outcomes are influenced not only by clinical interventions, but also by the daily habits, behaviors and tools that support long-term lifestyle change.
