The Health & Fitness Association, in partnership with Sweatworks, has named OnSight as the winner of the first Innovation Alley Pitch Fest, held during The HFA Show 2026.

The Pitch Fest featured 16 early-stage companies, each less than two years old, presenting new solutions aimed at fitness operators. Founders delivered rapid-fire pitches across two sessions on March 17 and 18, with attendees voting to determine the winner.

OnSight took the top spot with its sensor-based system that tracks real-time equipment usage and occupancy across gym floors. The platform is designed to give operators visibility into how spaces are being used, with the goal of improving layout decisions, reducing downtime, and managing capacity more effectively.

The Innovation Alley concept is focused on early-stage companies entering the fitness market, offering exposure to operators, investors, and partners at a key point in their growth. According to HFA, the Pitch Fest was built to surface practical solutions tied to real operational challenges inside clubs.

As part of the win, OnSight will receive a complimentary 10×10 booth at The HFA Show 2027 and will be featured in a future issue of Health & Fitness Business.

The broader Innovation Alley and Pitch Fest programming was a focal point of this year’s event, reflecting continued interest in technology that can support operator efficiency and member experience. Solutions centered on data, personalization, and facility optimization were recurring themes across the participating companies.

The HFA Show 2026 brought together more than 10,000 industry professionals and 380 exhibitors for three days of education, networking, and business development.

The next edition of the event is scheduled for March 10 to 12, 2027, at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.
