Perspire Sauna Studio Expands With New Multi-Unit Franchise Agreements

Perspire Sauna Studio has signed five multi-unit franchise agreements across Connecticut, New York, Florida, Southern California, and Virginia. The brand also opened its latest location in Middletown, N.J.
The agreements will bring 15 new studios to market, expanding Perspire’s footprint to nearly 100 locations open and more than 200 in development nationwide.
In Connecticut, franchisee Ben Mesfin will introduce Perspire to Fairfield County, with studios planned in Stamford, Greenwich, and Darien. Florida’s expansion is led by former banking executive Damon Moorer, who will open two locations in Palm Harbor and Odessa, with the first scheduled for 2026.
New York’s Suffolk County will see three studios under the direction of Jean-Sébastien Brettes, a former commercial producer now focused on wellness initiatives. In Southern California, Adylene Reyes and her father Juan Nunez will open three locations beginning in Chino Hills, followed by Eastvale and Anaheim Hills.
Northern Virginia growth will come from entrepreneurs Michael Sobhi and Michael Baffa, who already operate a Perspire studio in Falls Church and plan additional sites in Tysons, Clarendon, and Alexandria. In New Jersey, local entrepreneurs Jen Marin and Ronald “RJ” Vitta are leading the brand’s new Middletown location, which opened in late 2025.
Perspire promotes therapies such as full-spectrum infrared sauna, red-light therapy, and cold contrast showers, citing benefits ranging from physical recovery to improved sleep. The company has emphasized its role in supporting research to validate the wellness applications of these modalities, a factor it says helps drive consumer and franchisee interest.
