Super Bowl Champion Russell Wilson and Grammy Award-winning artist Ciara have joined forces with Rumble Boxing co-founders Noah Neiman and Andy Stenzler to launch The Pack, a new boutique fitness concept in New York City. The studio aims to blend functional training with elements of self-defense, creating an experience that goes beyond traditional gym workouts.

Each 50-minute session is built around three key components: strength, endurance, and cardio striking. Participants rotate through stations that include TECHNOGYM benches for resistance training, Rogue Assault Bikes for conditioning, and Body Opponent Bags, a tool widely used in self-defense practice. The format is designed to push participants both physically and mentally in a high-energy group setting.

“The Pack is the next chapter in the story I’ve been telling for over a decade,” said Noah Neiman, Co-Founder of The Pack. “First in the red room at Barry’s, where I’d sneak in boxing combinations between sprints and strength sets. Then with Rumble, where we built an entire experience around the skill, power, and poise of the sweet science… all while making it accessible and wildly fun.”

The studio features a Cerberus-inspired logo, an immersive soundtrack produced by Grammy-winning talent, and a focus on empowerment and inclusivity. By combining cutting-edge equipment with real-world functionality, the founders say they want members to leave stronger, faster, and more prepared for the demands of daily life.
