Fountain Life, a longevity-focused health brand founded in 2020, is set to open its fifth U.S. center this December in Houston. The company, co-founded by Tony Robbins, Dr. Peter Diamandis, Dr. Robert Hariri, and Dr. William Kapp, positions its model at the intersection of medicine, technology, and fitness, reflecting a shift toward healthspan optimization across the industry.
The 5,000-square-foot Houston facility will combine advanced diagnostics, AI-powered health insights, and physician-led regenerative therapies in a spa-like environment. According to the company, the goal is to identify health risks years before symptoms appear, with offerings that include senescence mapping to detect aging cells, neuroinflammation testing, biologic age measurement, and microbiome analysis. Members will also have access to regenerative treatments such as plasma exchange and, in certain centers, stem cell therapy.
“Houston is a city built on ambition and excellence, and its residents deserve the same standard when investing in their longevity journey,” said Dr. William Kapp, CEO of Fountain Life. “At Fountain Life, we believe your best years are still ahead. By combining the most advanced diagnostic technologies, AI-powered insights, and regenerative therapeutics, we help our members not only add years to their life—but life to their years.”
The launch also introduces Fountain Life’s Founding Membership program in Houston, which provides early access to diagnostics, therapies, and its proprietary AI medical assistant, Zori. Members are offered personalized health profiles, priority scheduling, and exclusive events with longevity leaders.
Longevity and healthspan—the focus on living healthier for longer rather than just extending lifespan—are increasingly shaping the direction of the fitness and wellness industries. The emphasis on proactive care and early detection mirrors broader trends seen across boutique fitness, wellness retreats, and digital health platforms, where optimization and preventative strategies are becoming central to growth.
With existing centers in Dallas, New York, Orlando, and Naples, Fountain Life plans further expansion in Miami and Los Angeles by 2026. The Houston opening highlights how fitness and wellness operators are increasingly looking beyond exercise and into integrated models of health, technology, and medicine to meet demand for long-term performance and resilience.
