VASA Fitness has opened a new 48,000-square-foot facility at 7655 North Union Boulevard in Colorado Springs. This is the company’s 15th location in Colorado and its fourth in the Colorado Springs area.
The new club introduces several features to the region, including VASA’s first cold plunge tub. The recovery area also includes a steam room, sauna, massage chairs, red light therapy, and a hot tub. According to the company, the cold plunge is part of an expanded recovery offering aimed at meeting increased demand for wellness and post-workout treatments.
Other amenities at the new location include a performance lifting area, functional turf training zone, strength machines, free weights, an expansive cardio deck, and a half-court basketball area. Members also have access to an InBody body composition scanner, personal training services, and KidCare options.
The club offers VASA’s three signature STUDIO classes, each with a specific focus. STUDIO RED is a high-intensity interval training class, STUDIO LFT focuses on strength development, and STUDIO FLOW is an infrared yoga experience designed for recovery. These programs are part of VASA’s structured class format that blends coaching, consistency, and variety.
"Today's fitness consumer—especially Gen Z—is looking for a space that's immersive, social, and results-driven while still being affordable," said Rich Nelsen, Chief Executive Officer of VASA Fitness. "This new club delivers all of that and more: boutique-style classes, on-trend recovery amenities, an energetic community, and accessible pricing. It's the ideal space for anyone seeking a well-rounded approach to fitness, recovery, and total-body wellness."
Memberships at the new facility start at $14.99 per month. The location is now open to the public.
