EoS Fitness Surpasses Two Million Members, Expands Footprint by 20% in Q4

EoS Fitness closed 2025 with more than two million members and expanded its national footprint by over 20 percent during the fourth quarter, according to the company. The High Value. Low Price. gym operator cited new gym openings, reinvestment in existing locations, and community partnerships as key contributors to its growth over the year.
During Q4, EoS opened five new gyms, signed 13 additional leases, and invested approximately $13 million across its existing portfolio. New locations opened in Springville, Utah; Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada; and Houston and Fort Worth, Texas. The company stated that this activity supports its stated objective of reaching 250 gyms by 2030.
In October, EoS expanded its presence in Southern California through the acquisition of a 23-gym regional chain. The transaction added locations in markets including Beverly Center, Hollywood, Long Beach, and Santa Barbara. As of the end of Q4 2025, Southern California had become the company’s largest market, with 45 gyms in operation.
In addition to physical expansion, EoS made adjustments to its membership structure in 2025. The company added amenities such as MOVEoS Cinema, basketball courts, and in-locker-room saunas to its base “Will Do” membership tier at select locations, without increasing dues. EoS also expanded its performance and recovery offerings by providing personal training clients with discounts on supplements and introducing N2G Shake Machines in certain gyms, allowing members to purchase customized shakes on demand.
Community initiatives continued throughout the quarter. EoS reported raising $125,000 for the Challenged Athletes Foundation during Q4, bringing its total contributions to more than $550,000. The company also continued its yearlong initiative with the American Diabetes Association during American Diabetes Month, raising more than $145,000, and supported several local fitness and charity events. According to EoS, total fundraising activity during Q4 exceeded $400,000.
At year-end, EoS received industry recognition at the 2025 Beyond Activ Americas Awards, where CEO Rich Drengberg was named Executive of the Year, and the company’s acquisition by TSG was recognized as Deal of the Year.
