Super Bowl Champion Russell Wilson and Grammy Award-winning artist Ciara have partnered with Rumble Boxing co-founders Noah Neiman and Andy Stenzler to launch The Pack, a boutique group fitness concept opening in Manhattan’s Flatiron/Chelsea corridor.
The Pack is located at 49 W 23rd Street, between 5th and 6th Avenues, and offers a 50-minute class that blends strength, core, endurance, and self-defense. The format, called “Street Defense,” combines functional training with combat-inspired movements. Participants rotate through stations that include TECHNOGYM benches, Rogue Assault Bikes, and Body Opponent Bags, commonly used in self-defense training.
Noah Neiman, Co-Founder of The Pack, said the concept builds on his past work in the fitness industry. “The Pack is the evolution of everything I’ve built in fitness. From helping shape the brand as Master Trainer at Barry’s, to changing the game as Founder of Rumble—every step led here. This isn’t just another workout. It’s the next chapter of a story I’ve been telling for over a decade at the forefront of group fitness in NYC.”
Russell Wilson said the classes deliver both physical and mental benefits. “Ciara and I are so excited to join Andy and Noah as Co-Founders of The Pack,” said Wilson. “I connect to the name through my NC State roots and what really excites me is the confidence these classes inspire. It’s a bad ass, tough, gritty, all-out experience that builds not only strength and stamina, but also self-defense skills. Looking forward to seeing you at class in NYC soon!”
With its Cerberus-inspired branding, high-energy soundtrack, and focus on empowerment and inclusivity, The Pack aims to position itself as a new player in the boutique fitness space, bridging functional training with self-defense techniques.
