Onelife Fitness has announced plans to significantly grow its footprint in North Carolina, with more than 15 locations slated to open across the Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill area over the next several years. The announcement follows the brand’s ongoing expansion across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern U.S.
The second location in the state, Onelife Fitness Durham-Chapel Hill, will be located at 3420 SW Durham Drive in a redeveloped former Big Lots site. The 58,000-square-foot facility will be situated off Highway 40 and Route 500, providing regional access to a growing suburban population. Construction is expected to include a wide range of amenities focused on both fitness and recovery.
The upcoming club will feature standard offerings such as cardio and strength training zones, as well as functional turf areas and over 70 weekly group classes including yoga, cycle, barre, and Pilates. Additional amenities include an indoor saltwater pool, premium locker rooms, sauna, hot and cold plunge areas, a dedicated boxing studio, and a recovery zone offering red light therapy, Hydromassage, percussion and compression therapy. The location will also include a kids club serving children from 3 months to 11 years old.
“Onelife Fitness began with a humble mission of delivering affordable luxury in fitness—premium services and amenities, quality service, and personalized experiences at reasonable prices,” said Ori Gorfine, CEO of Onelife Fitness. “As we expand within North Carolina and realize our goal of over 15 new locations in the next several years, our commitment to health and fitness is our north star.”
The company’s strategy reflects continued investment in large-format clubs offering a wide range of experiences under one membership. Onelife currently operates clubs in Virginia, Maryland, Georgia, and Alabama, and plans to open its Apex, North Carolina location later this year. Membership includes access to multiple locations, part of its value proposition in high-growth suburban markets.
