ABC Fitness has introduced ABC Trainerize Business, an add-on to its existing Trainerize platform that combines business management, appointment booking, payments, client referrals, and on-demand coaching into a single system.

The new solution is aimed at fitness coaches, personal trainers, and studios, allowing clients to book services, make purchases, and access training through one app. The company says the platform is designed to replace the multiple software tools many coaches currently use to manage bookings, payments, marketing, and communication.

According to ABC Trainerize customer survey data, coaches use between five and seven different tools on average, spending more than $100 per month to manage their businesses. ABC Trainerize Business consolidates these into one platform, which the company says can reduce administrative demands and help coaches focus on client delivery.

“Coaches are entrepreneurs. They need technology that works as hard as they do – helping them acquire clients, deliver exceptional experiences, and grow their business without adding to their workload,” said Sharad Mohan, co-founder and platform growth leader at ABC Fitness. “With ABC Trainerize Business, we’re giving trainers an all-in-one platform to manage everything from first contact to long-term client retention, supporting their growth every step of the way.”

Features include custom booking pages with automated confirmations, in-app client referral tools, integrated Stripe-powered payments, the ability to sell products and packages online, and on-demand or live coaching capabilities. The system also provides prospect tracking to manage leads.

ABC Fitness, which processes payments for more than 40 million members across over 30,000 fitness businesses globally, says it will add new capabilities to ABC Trainerize Business in the coming months. These updates will include in-app promotional tools, referral tracking analytics, Apple Pay support, and the ability to take payments directly from booking pages.

Industry research cited by ABC Fitness from SaaSquatch indicates referral-based acquisition results in conversion rates four times higher and retention rates 37% longer compared to other methods.
