Just in time for Mother’s Day, Life Time has introduced a new series of on-demand digital classes designed for moms and kids to enjoy together. The classes are free to access through the Life Time app and aim to support family movement habits by offering short, accessible sessions that can be done from anywhere.

The sessions range from 10 to 30 minutes in length and feature Life Time instructors alongside their children. The lineup includes Pilates Fusion with Jayme and her daughter Zo, Mobility with Frances and her sons Boston and Porter, Strength and Core with Ashley and her daughter Izzi, ARORA Dance with Kaylee and her daughter Daisy, and DANZE with Becca and her daughters Brinley and Nori.

“These new classes were incredibly rewarding to put together and make a great addition to the more than 100 complimentary on-demand classes we offer on the Life Time app,” said Jayme Zylstra, Executive Producer of Digital Programming at Life Time. “As a mom, I know just how impactful it is to model and share healthy habits, and these classes are an accessible way to do that together.”

The CDC notes that regular movement for children is associated with a range of benefits, including improved attention and memory, a lower risk of depression, stronger bones and muscles, and healthier weight maintenance. Exercising together as a family may also help parents establish themselves as role models when it comes to health routines.

The Mom and Kids collection is available starting May 6 on the Life Time app, which can be downloaded via the Apple or Google Play stores. The app also features “Mindful May,” a set of guided meditation sessions intended to help users create a sustainable mindfulness habit throughout the month.

Life Time’s digital platform includes a broad range of offerings beyond the new family series. These include access to on-demand and livestream fitness classes, structured programs like Glute Camp and 6-Week Shred, and curated content from Experience Life magazine, including recipes and articles. The app also includes L.AI.C, an AI-powered companion designed to offer members personalized content and recommendations. While currently limited to club members, the tool is expected to become available to all app users in the future.
