UFC GYM is entering the longevity services market through a joint venture with NexGen MD Scientific, a telehealth and supply chain platform focused on age management and metabolic therapies. The partnership will begin with two longevity clinic locations inside existing UFC GYM facilities, with plans to expand across additional clubs.

The move reflects a broader shift in how fitness operators are positioning themselves as consumer interest in longevity, metabolic health, and hormone optimization continues to grow. GLP-1 medications and peptide therapies have gained traction beyond clinical weight management settings, prompting some gym brands to explore how these services might integrate with training, recovery, and nutrition programs.

Under the agreement, NexGen will provide clinical infrastructure and telehealth capabilities, while UFC GYM will house dedicated longevity clinic spaces within select facilities. The services are expected to include physician-guided programs that may involve GLP-1 medications, peptides, and other longevity-focused therapies, subject to medical eligibility and regulatory compliance.

Mark Mastrov, who has built and scaled brands including 24 Hour Fitness and UFC GYM, described the partnership as part of an evolution in premium fitness offerings.

“This is the future of premium fitness,” Mastrov said. “Members expect more than just equipment and classes. They expect access to the most effective tools for optimizing their health. NexGen provides that access with the clinical rigor and product quality our members demand.”

Adam Sedlack, CEO of UFC GYM, framed the expansion as an extension of the brand’s performance-driven positioning.

“At UFC GYM, we’ve always believed that fitness is about performance, recovery, longevity, and becoming the best version of yourself,” Sedlack said. “Our partnership with NexGen represents our investment in tools that help our members and team members optimize their health, accelerate recovery, and elevate their overall performance.”

Bob Thomas, founder and CEO of NexGen MD Scientific, pointed to increasing demand among gym members for medically supervised metabolic and longevity therapies delivered alongside structured training.

The joint venture places UFC GYM among a growing number of fitness operators testing models that combine clinical services with traditional membership offerings. While the long-term financial structure and revenue implications were not disclosed, the rollout of in-club longevity clinics signals a continued blurring of lines between fitness, healthcare, and telemedicine.

As more operators evaluate how to respond to the rapid mainstreaming of GLP-1 medications and related therapies, integrated models like this may become a case study for how gyms seek to capture additional health-related revenue streams while positioning themselves as broader wellness hubs.
