After a seven-year break, the Zumba Cruise is set to return in March 2026, with organizers announcing the event will take place aboard the Norwegian Pearl from March 9 to 13. The five-day cruise will depart from Miami, Florida, and make a single port stop in Cozumel, Mexico.
The cruise, last held in 2019, became a popular annual event for the global Zumba community. Past voyages reportedly sold out, with thousands of attendees participating in group dance workouts and themed parties at sea. The upcoming cruise aims to deliver a similar experience, featuring programming for both fitness and leisure.
"There's truly nothing like the Zumba Cruise—the energy, the passion, the sheer joy of thousands of people dancing together at sea," said Carolina Moraes, Chief Marketing Officer at Zumba. "This is one of our most sought-after events, and for years, our instructors and students have been asking for its return. We're beyond excited to finally bring it back and open it to the public so everyone can experience the magic firsthand."
Programming will include Zumba classes led by top instructors, including master sessions with Zumba Creator Beto Perez. Additional offerings include STRONG Nation, CIRCL Mobility, and other branded workouts. Evening entertainment will feature themed dance parties, and organizers also plan to announce surprise musical performances closer to the event date.
The Norwegian Pearl, part of the Norwegian Cruise Line fleet, will serve as the venue. The ship offers various amenities such as a spa, multiple dining venues, and entertainment options. Participants will also have the opportunity to explore Cozumel, a destination known for its beaches and recreational activities.
