PVOLVE Taps Jennifer Aniston to Challenge the All-or-Nothing New Year Fitness Mindset

PVOLVE is entering the New Year with a campaign that shifts attention away from extremes and toward consistency. Titled Worth It Everytime, the initiative focuses on the mental decision-making that happens before a workout begins and why choosing the right kind of movement can make showing up feel achievable rather than punishing.
The campaign is anchored in clinical research showing a 98 percent adherence rate among participants following the PVOLVE method. According to the brand, that number reflects a core insight: people are far more likely to stick with exercise when it feels supportive, intentional, and sustainable. Instead of positioning fitness as something to power through, PVOLVE frames movement as an investment in long-term strength, mobility, and stability.
At the center of the campaign is a new hero film featuring longtime partner Jennifer Aniston. The spot captures a familiar internal dialogue many people experience before working out, the hesitation, the negotiation, and the eventual choice to begin. Aniston describes those moments as part of the work itself, noting that motivation is not constant, even for someone deeply committed to movement. What brings her back, she explains, is how the workout makes her feel afterward and the trust that the method supports her body rather than breaking it down.
PVOLVE’s approach is built around functional movement patterns that train the body through all three planes of motion. Using patented equipment, the method emphasizes strength, mobility, and stability simultaneously, with an added focus on deeper mind-body awareness. The goal is not short-term transformation but the ability to move better and longer over time.
Dani Coleman, Vice President of Training and Head Trainer at PVOLVE, points to mindset as the true starting line. She notes that the most significant shift often happens before the first movement begins, when people learn how to move past mental resistance. When mindset and movement align, she says, consistency becomes easier and workouts begin to feel supportive rather than something to endure.
The campaign includes a four-week New Year’s Challenge launching January 5, available both in-studio and online. Participants are encouraged to complete four workouts per week across all PVOLVE class types. Those who complete all sixteen sessions receive a limited-edition Everything Pouch created specifically for the campaign.
As part of a broader focus on total-body health, PVOLVE has also partnered with Headspace to support members beyond physical training. PVOLVE members will receive 30 days of complimentary access to the Headspace app, which includes guided meditations, stress-support tools, and mindset resources designed to complement their movement routines.
Dora Kamau, Lead Mindfulness Meditation Teacher at Headspace, emphasized that hesitation before movement is a universal experience. She noted that the partnership is intended to give people tools for both sides of the equation, the mental shift that gets them started and the physical practice that reinforces why continuing feels worthwhile.
