Boutique fitness brand [solidcore] is scaling its national footprint with a more integrated approach to real estate and development operations through a strategic partnership with SiteRise, a real estate development and project management platform created by The Oak Group.
Over the past two years, the partnership has supported [solidcore]’s rapid studio expansion across the United States, helping the company centralize workflows, improve communication between teams, and accelerate studio rollouts without increasing operational complexity.
According to the companies, [solidcore] has used the SiteRise platform to procure, plan, or manage more than 250 prospective studio locations nationwide. The system has become a centralized operating hub for the company’s development lifecycle, connecting teams across legal, operations, design, construction, and facilities management.
“Scaling a national footprint requires more than just great locations — it demands precision, communication, and real-time visibility across every function,” said Lou Benedetto, Senior Director of Development at [solidcore]. “SiteRise has evolved how we operate, breaking down silos and giving our teams a single source of truth to move faster and smarter.”
Prior to implementing SiteRise, [solidcore] said many workflows were managed across disconnected tools and departments. The move to a unified platform has allowed teams to collaborate in a shared environment with centralized project data, timelines, and forecasting capabilities.
The partnership has also supported [solidcore]’s expansion into new markets, including San Diego and San Francisco, while improving operational efficiency across the development pipeline. Since adopting the platform, the company has managed more than 250 studio locations through SiteRise while improving forecasting capabilities and increasing development output without expanding headcount.
SiteRise also integrates with existing workplace tools including Asana and Google Workspace, allowing [solidcore] to maintain existing operational processes while improving visibility and cross-functional coordination.
“SiteRise isn’t just a tool — it’s the connective tissue across our entire development process,” Benedetto added. “It allows us to take learnings from every project and apply them to the next, continuously improving how we scale.”
The companies described the platform as creating “one sandbox” for all stakeholders involved in development projects, helping reduce delays, eliminate misalignment between teams, and support faster decision-making through centralized data access.
For SiteRise founder Dillon Okner, the partnership reflects a broader evolution happening across retail and experiential brands as operators look for more scalable infrastructure to support physical expansion.
“Brands like [solidcore] are redefining how physical retail and experiential businesses scale, and that requires a fundamentally different operating model,” said Okner, Founder of SiteRise and Founding Partner at The Oak Group. “By unifying data, workflows, and teams in one platform, we’re enabling organizations to move faster, make smarter decisions, and scale with far greater precision.”
As boutique fitness brands continue expanding nationally, the partnership highlights how operators are increasingly turning to integrated technology platforms to manage real estate development more efficiently, balancing aggressive growth targets with operational visibility and long-term scalability.
