Your Reformer Expands into Education and Content with InstructorPro Launch

Your Reformer is expanding beyond equipment with the launch of InstructorPro and a broader Pilates education offering, aimed at addressing ongoing operational challenges in the category.

The move reflects a shift seen across boutique fitness, where growth is increasingly constrained not by demand, but by instructor availability, consistency of delivery, and the ability to scale programming across multiple locations.

At the center of the launch is InstructorPro, a digital platform designed to streamline class creation and delivery. The system allows instructors to build sessions using a library of pre-filmed exercises, with the ability to adjust variables such as resistance, timing, and transitions. Classes can then be delivered in-studio through a standardized format.

For operators, the value proposition is less about content and more about consistency.

Pilates, particularly reformer-based formats, has grown quickly over the past several years, but the category remains heavily dependent on instructor skill and experience. That creates variability in class quality and limits how quickly studios can expand.

InstructorPro is positioned as a way to reduce that variability by standardizing programming while allowing instructors to focus more on coaching rather than class design.

Alongside the platform, Your Reformer is introducing a suite of education products, including certification programs, internal “bridge” training for faster onboarding, and master trainer development aimed at supporting multi-site operators.

The combined offering points to a broader trend in the industry: vertical integration.

Rather than supplying equipment alone, companies are increasingly building ecosystems that include training, content, and delivery frameworks. This approach gives operators more structure, but also reflects the reality that scaling boutique concepts requires more than just physical infrastructure.

For Pilates in particular, instructor shortages have become a limiting factor. Faster onboarding pathways and standardized programming models are emerging as practical solutions for operators looking to expand without compromising the member experience.

Your Reformer’s latest move suggests the company is positioning itself within that shift, extending its role from supplier to systems provider.

As the Pilates category continues to grow, the ability to recruit, train and retain instructors while maintaining consistency across locations is likely to remain a defining operational challenge.
