JETSET Pilates Expands Through a Luxury Real Estate Strategy

Location continues to play a significant role in the success of boutique fitness brands. JETSET Pilates is pursuing a real estate strategy that places its modern Reformer Pilates studios within high-end residential and retail developments. The approach brings fitness into environments where convenience, design, and wellness already hold influence.
JETSET Pilates aligns each studio with properties that reflect the preferences of its clientele. The brand focuses on design centered spaces within communities that value accessibility and high quality amenities.
"At JETSET, we are intentional about where we open," said Michael Zennedjian, VP of Real Estate and Construction at JETSET Pilates. "Our goal is to place studios in spaces that naturally reflect our clients' lifestyles, whether it is beside a five star hotel, within a luxury condominium tower, or inside a mixed use development known for wellness and design. Each location feels distinctly local, yet unmistakably JETSET."
Zennedjian has nearly a decade of experience in real estate development and leasing. His background includes site selection, lease negotiations, and buildouts for retail and wellness concepts across the country. He has worked on both the landlord and tenant sides, as well as in franchise development and real estate strategy for Goldfish Swim School and Dentologie, a venture backed healthcare brand.
The brand’s current locations reflect this placement strategy. The Midtown Nashville studio is situated in the Moore Building, a property that combines historic and modern design elements. In Raleigh, the North Hills studio operates within Park Central, a mixed use development with residential, dining, and retail offerings. The Union Market studio in Washington, DC is located at Margarite at Union Market, a luxury development near established culinary and lifestyle businesses. The Flagler Village studio in Fort Lauderdale sits within EON Squared, a residential and retail community in a growing neighborhood. The Coconut Grove studio in Miami is housed within Mr. C Residences, a waterfront development focused on contemporary design. In New York, the SoHo studio occupies a retail space within a high foot traffic corridor.
By selecting locations within established residential and commercial hubs, JETSET Pilates positions its studios to serve members who prioritize convenience and environment. The strategy seeks to integrate each studio into the surrounding community while maintaining a consistent experience across markets.
